2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Canceling your subscription will prevent future recurring charges but will not automatically result in a refund for fees already paid.

- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period;
- No additional charges will be made after the current subscription period expires;
- You may continue using the paid features until your subscription expires.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Purchased Through Morvra Website
If you purchased directly through morvra.com, you may cancel your subscription by:
- Signing in to your Morvra account;
- Navigating to Account Settings or Billing;
- Selecting your active subscription;
- Choosing the cancellation option.
To avoid the next renewal charge, we recommend canceling at least three (3) days before the renewal date.
Purchased Through Apple App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, subscription management and cancellation are handled entirely by the respective platform.
Please refer to the applicable platform policies and procedures.
Morvra cannot directly cancel subscriptions purchased through third-party app stores.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
Morvra offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for eligible purchases made directly through morvra.com.
Refund requests may be approved in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Duplicate purchases;
- Accidental purchases;
- Subscription renewal charges that were not reasonably expected;
- Technical issues that substantially prevent the Services from functioning as intended and cannot be resolved by our support team;

Within the First 30 Days
If you request a refund within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.
After 30 Days
After the initial thirty (30) days, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or under exceptional circumstances determined by Morvra.
Perpetual Licenses
If Morvra offers perpetual licenses in the future, refund requests submitted more than thirty (30) days after purchase will generally not be eligible for refunds.
6. Refund Conditions for Morvra AI Services
Certain AI-powered features may consume computing resources and AI credits immediately upon use.
Therefore:
- Unused AI subscriptions may be eligible for refunds under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee;
- Refund eligibility may be limited if a substantial portion of AI credits has already been consumed;
- AI credits that have been fully consumed are generally non-refundable;
- Abuse, automated usage, or attempts to obtain AI services without payment may result in denial of refund requests.
Morvra reserves the right to evaluate refund requests involving AI services on a case-by-case basis.

7. Refund Conditions for Cloud Storage and Team Plans
Cloud storage plans and future Team or Enterprise subscriptions may include allocated resources and infrastructure costs.
Refund eligibility for these services may depend on:

- Resource consumption;

- Local consumer protection laws.
Enterprise agreements may be governed by separate contractual terms.

- Google Play
- Microsoft Store
- Other authorized marketplaces
Your purchase and refund rights may be governed by the refund policies of those platforms.
Morvra does not control or guarantee refund decisions made by third-party marketplaces.
9. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in situations including, but not limited to:
- Requests submitted after the applicable refund period;
- Extensive use of AI services or consumption of allocated AI credits;
- Abuse of free trials or promotional offers;
- Violations of the Terms of Service;
- Fraudulent activity;
- Requests arising solely from a change of mind after substantial use of the Services.
